The streetes of Londinium are a dangerous place indeed and while the core of the city is patrolled by the Bone Streete Rumblers it falls to the parylement forces of the Peelers for the law of the outer parishes.
Peelers are typically Ogres led by Orcish or Joccian officers, all of whom wear the distinctive pithy helmet. This helmet as well as being the symbol of their authority is also a real protector. It has an iron shell with a fabric covering allowing the wearer to ‘make a mental impact’ with a criminal using only his forehead.
Armed with Big Bessie muskets and also a fair share of pistols and or lead filled cudgels - the Truncheon - Peelers are easily able to hold their own and get hold of others!
On this page you can see two differently uniformed Pithy Ogres. The fellow on the left is a Londinium Peeler while the chap on the right serves in the Albion Expeditionary force in the Naal. These Naal based Ogres serve the ‘Great Wide Kyng’ against the ferocious Halfling Zultu’s.
When ordering, unless you email us for a different choice, a painted PRM05 will be supplied in the blue uniform of the Peelers.
